Access Profiles

Fine-grained control over which sections of the platform each team member can see. Group 50+ sections into profiles and assign them to members.

Create a profile

  1. 1Go to Team → Access Profiles.
  2. 2Click New Profile.
  3. 3Enter a descriptive name (e.g. "DevOps Team", "Read Only Costs").
  4. 4Select the enabled sections (a checkbox per module).

Assigning a profile

In Team → members, click Edit next to a member and select the profile. The member will only see the sections in the assigned profile.
