By accessing or using KeelPilot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

KeelPilot provides a cloud management platform for DevOps teams, including but not limited to: EKS and ECS management, GitOps workflows, alerting, cost optimization, and security scanning. The service requires valid AWS credentials to function.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your AWS credentials have appropriate permissions
• Complying with AWS's terms of service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

KeelPilot offers various subscription plans. Billing is processed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

KeelPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
